Dublin International Dispute Week – Ireland for Law
A l’invitation de M. David Barniville, Président de la High Court of Ireland, Madame Fabienne Schaller, présidente de chambre à la CCIP-CA et Monsieur Paul-Louis Netter, président du tribunal de commerce de Paris ont participé à la conférence à Dublin organisée par « Ireland For Law ». Madame Schaller était speaker dans le « Judicial Panel » composé de juges et barristers irlandais, américains et anglais.
At the invitation of Mr David Barniville, President of the High Court of Ireland, Mrs Fabienne Schaller, President of Chamber at the ICCP-CA and Mr Paul-Louis Netter, President of the Commercial Court of Paris participated in the conference in Dublin organised by "Ireland For Law". Ms. Schaller was a speaker on the Judicial Panel composed of Irish, American and English judges and barristers.
Cette table ronde a permis de mettre en lumière les différences entre les procédures de Common Law et la procédure civile française dans une perspective de meilleure efficacité et rapidité de la justice économique internationale.
This round table highlighted the differences between common law procedures and French civil procedure with a view to improving the efficiency and swiftness of international commercial justice.
Monsieur le Président Netter et Madame Schaller ont été invités à visiter la High Court et ont pu échanger avec les juges irlandais sur les juridictions commerciales, leur fonctionnement et les moyens alloués, ainsi que sur la poursuite d’une coopération bilatérale fructueuse avec la France, leur « closest EU neighbour ».
President Netter and Mrs Schaller were invited to visit the High Court and were able to exchange with Irish judges about the commercial courts, how they operate and the resources allocated, as well as about continuing productive bilateral cooperation with France, their “closest EU neighbour”.
