Présentation générale CCIP-CA / The ICCP-CA
Deux protocoles de procédure, signés le 7 février 2018 par la Cour d’appel de Paris et le barreau de Paris en présence du ministre de la justice, Garde des sceaux, ont ainsi institué officiellement ces chambres commerciales internationales, l’une au tribunal de commerce de Paris, l’autre à la cour d’appel.

The ICCP-CA General presentation
The creation of an international commercial chamber at the Paris Court of Appeal (ICCP-CA) is the result of a mission initiated in 2017 by the Ministry of Justice and entrusted to the Legal High Committee for Financial Markets of Paris (“HCJP”).
Under the chairmanship of Mr Guy Canivet, the HCJP advocated for the creation of specialised chambers in Paris for international business litigation. This recommendation was implemented by Ms Chantal Arens, then president of the Paris Court of Appeal, with the support of the Ministry of Justice.
Two procedural protocols, signed on 7 February 2018 between the Paris Court of Appeal and the Paris Bar in the presence of the Minister of Justice, have thus officially established these international commercial chambers, one at the Paris commercial court, the other at the court of appeal.
